Placement Season Kit: Campus Drive, Job Tracker and Mock Interview Scorecard

Final-year students juggling campus drives, off-campus applications and interview practice can lose track of who they applied to, which drives they are actually eligible for, and whether their mock answers are improving. This kit puts campus, off-campus and practice tracking in one workbook, plus a printable scorecard.

What's inside

• Placement-Season-Kit-v1.0.xlsx: 15 sheets covering campus drives (Companies, Calendar, Rounds, Prep Checklist), off-campus search (Applications, Referrals, Walk-Ins, Follow-Ups), practice (Mock Sessions, Progress, Rubric) and a Dashboard, with a filled fictional sample season and a one-cell setup to clear it
• Mock-Interview-Scorecard-and-Recording-Checklist.pdf: a 10-page printable with a recording checklist, the 8-criterion scoring rubric, a fillable scorecard, a peer-review version, a 2-week review routine and a 10-type practice list
• Placement-Season-Kit-Guide.pdf: an 8-page setup and use guide covering the three phases of a season, the eligibility check, following up without spamming, the practice routine and using the kit in Google Sheets

How to use it

1. Fill in My Profile with your branch, CGPA, backlogs and Class X/XII percentages, and type in your own placement cell's policy notes.
2. Add each campus drive to Companies; the Eligibility column checks your profile against the criteria you type in, in a fixed order, and flags any criterion you left blank.
3. Log off-campus applications, referrals and walk-ins; Follow-Ups collects every one whose follow-up date is due or overdue.
4. Record a mock answer, score it on Mock Sessions against the Rubric sheet, and check Progress and Dashboard for your weekly trend.

Requirements

• Microsoft Excel 2010 or later. The workbook uses only functions Google Sheets also supports (no FILTER or other dynamic-array functions).
• A PDF reader for the two printables.
