How to use it

1. Add your GSTIN, LUT ARN and bank or platform details on Settings, and add your clients.
2. Log each invoice, answer the five export-of-services questions on Export Check, and print it from Invoice Print or the Word template.
3. When a payment arrives, add it to Receipts, link it to the invoice(s) it settles and note the FIRC, FIRA or e-BRC.
4. Review Matching monthly for part-paid invoices, RBI realisation deadlines and missing documents, and check Presumptive Summary and Year-End Pack at year end.

Requirements

• Microsoft Excel 2010 or later, and Microsoft Word 2016 or later. The workbook uses only functions that Google Sheets also supports, and the invoice opens in Google Docs.
